The Reset Ritual is a modern, 90-minute luxury meditation and transformational breathwork experience. When the body settles, clarity, ease, and presence naturally rise to the surface.
This 90 min experience offers intentional time to slow down and reconnect in a thoughtfully curated, elevated environment. Guided meditation and intentional breath are supported by luxurious eye pillows, high-quality essential oils, and refined sensory details that invite the body into deep ease and the mind into stillness. A safe , gentle flow to move the body, find deep breath and clear the mind. You'll be in a space that is quiet and safe to enable you to recharge to feel your best. Holistic Somatic Release Workshop

This dance experience is a guided mind- body journey designed to help you reconnect with your body, release stored emotions, and express yourself freely through movement. Assisted Stretch Workshop
