ALL classes are open to every person, age and gender of every level and ability of practice. Modifications and adjustments are made during every class to clients to adjust for skill, limitations, injury healing and strength. The studio is kept at comfortable room temperature.  All classes are infused with music from all artists and genres.

 Mats, blocks, stretching straps, hand weights and chairs are available for you to use to aide in your practice.

Private lessons: on-on-one with Tara Bernie: 

Encouraged for first time yoga practitioners, yogis wanting to refine their practice, arm balance or inversion seekers, a yogi with a tight schedule.  $150 per hour 

Private groups/parties/team building/sports teams/bridal events/corporate: 

Curate your experience. Pick the tbyhCLASS to practice together for one hour. Any tbyhCLASS chosen will be guided and accessible to multi levels of practice. Plus get an additional hour after class for use of tbyh to continue your bonding experience/event/party. Up to 20 people can be accommodated. This offering can also be done off site at your location /office/house
