(YF) We will guide you from the moment you step into the shala (studio) all the way through to savasana (the end of class) . YF is gentle slow movement, stretching and mindfulness set to music while learning breathwork, plus the terminology and asanas (poses) that are generally used in most yoga classes. YF will help build a solid practice. Do you want to take a yoga class, but you don’t know how to do yoga? Do you want to get back to your yoga practice? Did you just start practicing and need to learn more about the basics of yoga? YF is for first timers, beginners, yoga curious and those wanting to refine their practice.
(HF) You’ve had some yoga in your life, you feel more comfortable on your mat, and your yoga journey is continuing to improve, HF is for you. Explore this vinyasa class set to music playlists that will help you flow. HF will inspire you to keep moving forward with your practice and to breathe all the while increasing flexibility, strength and balance. HF is suitable for multiple levels of practice. (HRx) This is a fun fusion toning + sculpting class that will work out your entire body from your head to heart to toes. Dynamic conditioning, endurance and muscle sculpting, core building, sweat inducing. HRx combines cardio and strength training with the addition of stretching for flexibility. Hands weights and high energy music are added to turn things way up and keep your heart pumping. No yoga experience needed. All are welcome. Hand weights provided by tbyh
tbyhDynamicCHAIR: (CY) CHAIR YOGA REIMAGINED! This signature class created by tbyh owner/founder Tara Bernie uses chairs to aid in the asanas (poses) and stretches. The sequencing includes standing poses, twists, shoulder openers, back bends, supported inversions and ends with a special Savasana. The poses are done in and out of the chair for deeper stretch, and more balance. CY is dynamic and transformative. Multi levels of practice are welcome. Chairs supplied by tbyh.
(MC) Men are absolutely welcome in every tbyh class all day, every day. But there may be a time when you just want to hang with the guys and do yoga. In the MC you will feel comfortable going at your own pace and ability as you are guided through stretching and movement specifically for areas where men need it most. Hips, back, shoulders, hamstrings, will be the focus, aligned with strength building, balance and mindfulness. Epic playlists will enhance the experience and flow. MC is guided to multi levels of practice. Modifications and adjustments are offered. Round up the guys for a night out

(YA) This is a signature class created by Tara Bernie, the owner/founder of TB Yoga House. YA will increase mobility and flexibility in the tightest areas by focusing on poses and movements specific to the needs of athletes (from professional to weekend warrior to school, collegiate and club) YA builds focus, balance, functional strength in the upper body, core and lower back while optimizing recovery and strategic injury prevention. Do you have tight hips, hamstrings and shoulders from working out, cross training, lifting weights, or playing a sport? Do you have lower back and knee pain? If you want to improve your golf swing, backhand, and/or be more flexible, YA is for you. No yoga experience needed. Multi levels of practice are welcome. Blocks & straps provided by tbyh

(SS) This is a non-denominational way of reaching a higher power through yoga. SS will touch your soul through music, breath and movement in the Shala of tbyh. Guided as a tbyHOUSEFLOW (see description above) class for multi levels of practice. Mimosas and sparkling h20 to follow.

(HR) This serine restorative class will allow you to let go of outside stresses and zero in on relaxing the mind and the body. Gentle stretches and breath work will envelop the first :45 minutes of class leaving the last :15 to soak up more mindfulness in a long savasana (yoga Nidra) Candlelight and soft music enhance this must do class. All levels encouraged.

(OH) TB Yoga House’s door is open for all. As an extension of gratitude, OH will be a free, donation based, class for all to come together, practice and breathe. OH will be guided as a tbyHOUSEFLOW (see description above) class with modifications and adjustments available to make it accessible to everyone. Families, kids, yogis, and yoga curious all welcome. Mats and chairs available to borrow.

(LU) Your practice is flowin! You crave deeper movement, challenging sequences, arm balances and inversions. LU will move you on your mat, pose to pose, one breath per movement taking you through a dynamic flow, set to killer playlists. LU will be guided for the experienced yogi, but all other levels welcome to explore movements and breath work at their own pace. Modifications and adjustments are offered.

(H) (Mommy and Me) Easing back into working out after baby or wanting to explore new concepts and enrichments with your child, and enhance physical and emotional bonds with your baby? H is for you. Slow and gentle movements combined with breathwork will allow you and your little one to flow together. Tap into breathwork and body movement. Parent(s), guardian(s), sitter(s), grandparent(s) all welcome. Best for 6 months- 2 years old.

A cool towel infused with essential oil will be offered at the end of each class to enhance savasana. Blocks, stretching straps, hand weights and chairs are available for you to use to aide in your practice. Extra mats are available to borrow.
ALL classes are open to every person, age and gender of every level and ability of practice. Modifications and adjustments are made during every class to clients to adjust for skill, limitations, injury healing and strength. The studio will be kept at comfortable room temperature.
